There are water-cooled compressor condensing unit and compressor unit for option.

Application of unit

Based on the well-know SRMTEC open-type screw compressors, Snowman Co., Ltd has optimized the design and launched a full series of standard open-type screw water source high temperature heat pumps unit. The water source high-temperature heat pump is a king of unit using water as the heat source, and can be used for heading according to the operating conditions. The refrigerant ammonia is ideal for enviromental protection, high efficiency and energy conservation, thus reducing carbon emissions. Due to computer-based intelligent control, the unit is easy to operate and has high degree of automation. The unit is equipped with: compressor, open-type motor, control center, oil separator, oil cooling condenser, evaporator, (economizer), large-capacity filter, pre-lubrication oil pump,automatic control componet, etc.

Applications

The unit is applicable to low- grade heat sources such as the ground, surface, water source, water ring type source, embedded pipe type water source and sewage source.

The output temperature is up to 90 C. The unit can be widely applied in the fields of regional heating, domestic hot water, waste heat recovery, etc.

Efficient oil supply system
  • The oil separator is a four-stage oil separation system. The oil separation efficiency is 3-5ppm because of centrifugal separation, gravity separation, filler separation and separation with the high-efficiency molecular sieve, thus effectively reducing the lubrication oil in the refrigeration system and improving the operating efficiency of the system
  • Efficient oil cooler, the cooling method can either be water cooling or refrigerant cooling.
  • Pre-lubricating with a small oil pump and supplying oil by differential pressure after stable operation, which is reliable and power saving.
  • With multi-point oil spray cooling system, the compressor may be kept efficient and reliable operation.

Coupling and adapter

Flexible couplings are used to connect the compressor and motor.

Efficient oil supply system
  • Oil separator adopts the 4-stage oil separation system, that is, collision, gravity, packing and efficient molecular sieve, the oil separation efficiency is increased to 3-5ppm, effectively preventing lubrication oil from flowing back to the refrigeration system and improving system running efficiency.
  • Efficient oil cooler, the cooling method can can either be hydro cooling or refrigerant cooling.
  • Adopt small oil pump for pre-lubrication of the compressor, and use diferential pressure to supply oil in the stable operation, which is safe and reliable.
  • Cool the compressor by multi-point oil spraying.

Efficient heat exchanger

The unit is equipped with the high-efficiency plate-and-shell evaporator and condenser, and has the advantages of the fin heat exchanger and Shell-and-tube heat exchanger. With the innovative metal plate design, the flow rate is distributed uniformly and no dead zone of flow rate exists, thus avoiding corrosion arising from dirt accumulation, incrasing the utilization rate of the heat exchange área, and realizing the highest heat exchange efficiency with the mínimum area.
